Planning permission has now been granted on our Birchdale Farm development in Frodsham, Cheshire.
The central red-brick barn will be refurbished into a pair of two-bedroom semi-detached houses, whilst the central cluster of buildings will be demolished and replaced by five two-bedroom dwellings. In the southern part of the site, the Dutch barn and adjacent building will be developed into a four-bedroom dwelling, and the detached farmhouse refurbished into a luxury four-bedroom home.
