We are delighted to announce our development at Oak House on Barrington Road, Altrincham has been completed, with the first keys handed over to buyers at the end of March.
Formerly occupied by a downsizing business, Oak House was falling into a deteriorated condition. The redevelopment has restored the existing Victorian Villa and added a bold contemporary new-build addition to the rear to create a mix of studio, one and two bed apartments.
The team, including MPS Design & Build, Calderpeel Architects, Nexus, and Close Brothers have delivered a high quality finish throughout which has been met with great enthusiasm both by owner-occupiers and buy-to-let investors alike.
