'Looking to the Future: Keeping our Town Centres Alive'
Novo Managing Director, Ben Fearns, recently attended and was invited to speak at MIPIM 2019, the exclusive real estate event which brings together the leading companies of the international property market. The panel largely discussed the regeneration of Stockport and Altrincham through the redevelopment of retail spaces within the town centres to create affordable housing. This follows Novo's recent acquisition of a commercial site on George Street, with proposed plans to develop a mixed-use conversion featuring apartments, retail and office space.
