New Street Planning Approval

We are pleased to announce Planning Approval has been granted for Southway Housing Trust’s shared ownership development on New Street in Altrincham for which Novo Property Group are Development Managers.

The development comprises the demolition of existing 1960s office buildings for the construction of 15 Nr 2 bed shared ownership apartments, which begins to address the growing need for affordable housing in Altrincham.

Works are due to commence upon the safe conclusion of the Covid-19 situation, with a forecast completion of late summer 2021.
