NOVO SHORTLISTED FOR 2022 INSIDER RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AWARD

Novo Property Group has been shortlisted for an award at this year’s Residential Property Awards. The awards celebrate the achievements of the region’s residential sector, bringing together the people and businesses that have designed, developed, funded, built and continue to manage the built environment.

Novo has been shortlisted in the ‘SME Housebuilder of the Year’ category, which recognises housebuilders that build fewer than 50 homes per year. Our entry focussed on the Brown Street development in Hale village, a mix of 10 townhouses and 12 affordable apartments which were delivered alongside an new public car park in partnership with Trafford Council.

The winners will be announced at a black tie event on the 28th April at Manchester Central.
