Novo wins prestigious industry award

Novo Property Group has been named 2022 SME Housebuilder of the Year at this year's Insider North West Residential Property Awards.

Our entry focussed on the Brown Street development, a partnership between developer Novo Property Group and Trafford Council, which led to the complete transformation of a former car park and brownfield site in Hale, into an impressive new development. It was the first private/public partnership of its kind for Trafford Council, who awarded Novo the challenging brief.

Delivering the award, the judges praised the company for succeeding to deliver on a controversial site and said the Novo team shows ambition and that they are not afraid of a challenge.

Commenting on the award, Novo’s MD Ben Fearns said “Novo used the volatility of the last two years as a time of inward development and improvement. Whilst projects completed and new ones started, the highlight has been seeing the results and performance. It culminates in Novo standing strongly as a developer and contractor in an ever increasingly diminished market.”
