Oak House conversion works on programme

The works to the existing building at Oak House are on track and we are targeting a Summer 2019 completion for the project. The main building will be converted into modern apartments with two new lower-ground floor apartments being added. We are also building a new block to the rear of the development which will house two larger apartments.
