Place RESI 2019

This year's Place RESI conference focussed particularly on the future of housing and the impact of planning policy on new developments in the North West. Speaking on the Alternative Approaches panel, Novo's Managing Director, Ben Fearns, highlighted the challenges in bringing fresh, modern design to established town centres like Altrincham, whilst also developing affordable housing as house prices continue to increase.
