Planning Approval At The Meadow

We are delighted to announce that following a productive process with Trafford Council, planning permission has been granted for our scheme at The Meadow on South Downs Road, Bowdon.
Supported by Architects, MCAU; Landscape Architects, DEP; and Engineers, CCS; with the application administered by Eden Planning, the proposals see the existing property built in the 1960's replaced with a new dwelling, using high quality design and materials, that positively contribute towards the beautiful, conservation area setting. The design is considered to be 'contemporary' using subtle references and connections with the surrounding character, whilst avoiding a pastiche appearance. More information on the scheme can be found here.

The site occupies a 1/3 acre plot overlooking Bowdon Cricket Club, and was acquired in Autumn 2019, having been in the same ownership for several decades.
South Downs Road is one of the area's most sought after locations, and The Meadow is one of the few remaining 'plots' undeveloped.
Managing Director Ben Fearns has the following to say:
"We are delighted to conclude what has been a very productive process with Trafford Council that ensures our contemporary proposals for the site are in keeping with the wider conservation area, and positively contributes to this sought after location. We are now working hard behind the scenes to bring this development to site as soon as possible."
