Site Manager Vacancy

£40,000 -£45,000 p.a.

Novo Property Group are a reputable developer with a proven track record delivering innovative residential schemes in South Trafford, Cheshire and Manchester and a strong pipeline of both residential (high end new build and restoration) and commercial projects. We are currently looking for a site manager to manage some of our new commercial/residential developments in Altrincham, Hale and Bowdon.

Duties include:

- Supervising day to day works of sub-contract and in house labour

- Monitoring build costs and project progress

- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to

- Ensuring projects run to schedule and to budget

- Purchasing materials

- Ensuring works are carried out to the required standards.
