We are a new generation of hybrid developer, investor, contractor, asset and facilities manager.
Novo Property Group was founded by the current leadership team in 2013. Over the last 10 years we have forged a strong market share of development, investment and construction activity in South Manchester.
Our Story
Sustainability is inherently ingrained into everything we do. Whether in our approach to repurposing buildings rather than razing them, or our mix of affordable homes, we value creating a sustainable life cycle in everything we do. This is reflected in our company with our apprenticeship programme, embodying our skills and values into the future growth of the team.

Meet The Founders
Ben Fearns
Managing Director
Ben is the Founder and Managing Director of Novo Property Group. He has transformed the business into a seamless, multi skilled real estate specialist. He leads on strategy and vision.
Sophie Lapthorne
Finance Director
Sophie has over 25 years experience in property and finance. She combined analytical skills with practical on-site knowledge to direct Novo's financial operations.
James Agar
Non Executive Director
James is currently Head of Long Income at Pension Insurance Corporation, the £50bn annuity investor. With over 20 years of financial and capital markets experience, James provides the board its support in the next phase of growth.

Stephane Landers
Non Executive Director
Stephane is a long standing board member, providing a wealth of experience in the financial and property markets. A CFA charter-holder, he began his career as an equity analyst for a major investment bank before moving into priority trading and later into private equity.
